Ingredients
2 ounces Spiced Rum
2 ounces of Apple Cider or Apple Juice depending on your preference for a slightly more tart or sweet flavor
1 tablespoon Caramel Syrup plus a bit more for garnish, if desired
Sugar & Cinnamon mix for rim optional
Apple slices for garnish optional
Instructions
1. Prepare the Glass:

3. Mix the Cocktail in a cocktail shaker, combine the spiced rum, apple cider (or apple juice), and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.

Serve:
1. Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. If you prefer your cocktails on the rocks, you can fill the glass with ice cubes before straining the mixture into it.

Ingredients:
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1-ounce simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
1 ½ ounces aged rum
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 ounces of champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions:
